Truecore® Steel Framing

Each Kubby is made from strong Truecore® steel which will stand the test of time. Our frames are lightweight and have pre-punched service holes to make construction a breeze. Each Kubby frame is also termite proof and won’t catch fire!

Colorbond® Roofing

Our roofs are made from Colorbond® steel, which have been rigorously tested to withstand the harsh Australian conditions. Our roofs have undergone corrosion testing, durability testing, application testing and outdoor exposure testing.

Each roof includes Thermatech® solar reflectance technology. Thermatech® technology is designed to reflect more of the sun's heat on hot days, which results in less dependence on air-conditioning, plus reduced heat stress for your roof. Our roofs are also made from recycled content and is 100% recyclable.
James Hardie® Cladding

Our cladding uses James Hardie® fibre reinforced cement products and will not burn, are resistant to moisture, termite damage, rotting and warping. They are impact resistant, low in maintenance and highly durable. The advanced cement composite products also exhibit low density qualities making them easier to handle and install without compromising durability.

Our cladding promotes energy efficient and sustainable design, and have been manufactured with an emphasis on reducing environmental impacts, use sustainable, plantation-grown timber & abundant low toxicity products. They have no volatile organic compounds and produce a lower footprint on the world compared to many other building materials.
G.James® Windows and Glass

We use G.James Aluminium sliding doors and windows. They have a sleek and contemporary design, and are durable and completely low maintenance for long term use. We offer a 7 year manufacturer 'peace of mind' guarantee on all window and door building material. In addition, all windows and doors are supplied with fly screens. We can even assist with BAL rated areas, with metal screens and different glazing options.
Australian Made

We are proud to supply Australian made building materials and products for your new Kubby. The direct advantages of buying Australian made are in the quality and finish. Here, we can control the manufacturing methods and material utilised to ensure the products are of the most premium finish.
